Job Scope

• Responsible for marketing products and services
• Identify potential new customers and developing new accounts
• Meet and exceed sales target
• Gather costing and generate a quotation for customers

• Develop new markets and applications
• Support Sales Manager in implementing Sales & Marketing programs

Department: Operations
Reports to: Operation Manager

Job Scope:

•  Installation, commissioning, calibration and testing of relevant equipments at workshop and customer’s site
• Provide preventive maintenance and repair services at customer locations in accordance with established procedures and techniques, using proper tools, test equipment, and replacement parts
• Respond to customers complaints and handle warranty /non-warranty support
• Establish and maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with customers and co-workers
• Meet key KPIs for installation and service work completion targets plus service revenue

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent educational background
• More than 3 years of hands-on related experience in installation and maintenance. Those who have less experience can work as Technician to start with
• Good technical knowledge of electrical apparatus, electric motors, pump, fan, and blower
• Hardworking, independent, self-sufficient, and customer-oriented individual
• Good analytical troubleshooting skill, dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented team player
• Fluent in both verbal and written English, knowledge in Mandarin an added advantage to liaise with clients

Department: Operations
Reports to: Operation Manager

Job Scope:

• Conduct maintenance and routine inspection of equipment ranging from pumps to processing machine.
• Conduct testing and commissioning on new equipment at factory and customer’s site.
• Organize and furnish customer with service report.
• Able to communicate effectivity with key customers and support groups regarding issue and status.
• Handles project as assigned to ensure smooth execution from order till handing over to customer.
• Perform basic repair and troubleshooting to maintain equipment including associated controls.
• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system.
• Perform and maintain good general house keeping with good initiative in troubleshooting.
• Support the commissioning and qualification of system, including SAT, IQ, OQ and etc.
• Ensure documentation relating to the project are created properly.
• Other’s task assigned.

Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 or 3 years of experience in related field.
• Entry level are welcome to apply.
• Able to read technical drawing.
• Dynamic, outgoing with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel in SEA region.
• Initiative and ability to work independently.
• Energetic and highly motivated with the determination to learn.
• Able to communicate and work closely with customer .
• Good command in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, other languages a plus. To be able to handle oversea Chinese speaking customer.
• Driving license 2B & 3.
